  • Experience of defining and implementing BPO solutions preferably across borders

  • Provide specialised knowledge within industry domain and frameworks

The requirements

  • Understanding of the services industry, its evolution, challenges and best of breed technology solutions
  • Management Consultant with at least 3 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the business, process and technology drivers of at least one line of business
  • A robustly structured, analytical, logical and efficient approach to problem solving and project management allied to outstanding organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organisation – including experience of senior stakeholder management in a highly dynamic environment
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Exposure to a variety of technologies, Including, but not limited to Appian, Pega, Guidewire
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or mentorship abilities and professional communication skills

The role

You are a technical team leader, responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of solutions. You adapt to the challenges of changing environments and infrastructures to meet client deliverables.
You are very familiar with Appian, PEGA or Guidewire.
Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide thought leadership to fellow team members and clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements (scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, production deployment) and subsequent business testing
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet/perform to technical and functional requirements and are delivered in time frame committed
  • Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue
  • Identify project technical risks
  • Advanced knowledge of the architecture and all design and implementation features of the solution
  • Solid understanding of reuse and portability in terms of enterprise solutions seeking to determine and develop repeatable, efficient and optimal ways of implementing the solution
  • Provide specialised knowledge within industry domain and frameworks
  • Act as the mentor for all team members on their assigned project tasks
  • Participate in development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base

The role

You provide high quality programming and coding and additional consulting services on project assignments and work within a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements.
You are very familiar with Appian, PEGA or Guidewire.
Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop high quality deliverables across all project phases
  • Ensure delivered work product meet/perform to technical and functional requirements
  • Complete work in time/ budget estimate
  • Provide regular and proactive updates to Engagement Leader on project progress and outstanding issues

The requirements

  • Minimum level of education: Bc. In Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems at least 1-3 years (or a graduate with long term part- time relevant experience)
  • Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL
  • Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, editing images, etc. is an advantage
  • System Integration experience (primarily in Financial services area) is a plus
  • Self- motivated personality with strong communication skills, able to work effectively within a team
  • Positive work attitude, good team player, result oriented hard worker ready to learn and develop with client attitude and consulting mindset
